Aquaponics is the most sustainable form of farming - growing plants and fish together in a recirculating ecosystem. Neither can live without the other, but together they thrive. Mastering this environmentally friendly sustainable farming method allows AquaSprout Farms to produce greens and vegetables, year-round, using organic practices. Our greenhouse is full of healthy fresh food and we're excited to share it with you.

OUR MISSION
We always knew we wanted to start a farm and to share our passion for growing food with our local community. Our vision for the farm centered around our desire to promote social responsibility and environmental sustainability. Since 2016, AquaSprout Farms has been working hard to follow strict organic aquaponic farming practices to grow lettuces, greens, vegetables, and fish.
Our products are fresh from our greenhouse, so you can be sure you are buying the best quality produce during any season.
WHAT WE GROW
With the help of our greenhouse, fish, tanks, and water filtration systems, we're able to grow fresh vegetables all year long.
Our year-round offerings include a variety of greens such as kale, swiss chard, basil, arugula, micro-greens, and a variety of lettuces including summer crisp, butterhead, and romaine. We also have seasonal offerings like cherry tomatoes.
Once our fish have finished helping on the farm, we harvest them too, and sell our entire line locally.
We love supporting our local New Jersey area community and providing the freshest and cleanest produce available. You can find us at local farmers' markets with a rotating variety of fresh greens and vegetables each weekend.

Our fish can be found at Metropolitan Seafood & Gourmet in Lebanon, NJ.
"One of the benefits of aquaponics
is the plants grow faster...the nutrients that the plants need is already dissolved so the plants can soak it up"
